The Criteria for Employment & Event Content Submission is:

1. Proof is not provided; you must ensure accuracy in your submission.
2. Submit your accurate content as text - 200 words maximum.
3. Any links required to external web sites must be given as a complete URL.
4. Provide 10-30 days in advance of your event (or) deadline, if possible.
5. Submissions must be made within the body of a regular e-mail or as a Word attachment.
6. We will develop your content to fit our formatting style & presentation.
7. We reserve the right to edit for length & clarity of message.
8. Once your content is posted, an invoice will be submitted to you for payment.
9. Payment is appreciated within 2 weeks from the date you receive our invoice.

Advertising on the TCNG Web Site

The Criteria for Ad Content Submission is:

1. Proof is not provided; you must ensure accuracy in your submission.
2. Ads must fall into one of the following formats:
   • Text only - 25 words maximum
   • Graphic (JPEG, GIF or PNG format) no larger than 270 pixels wide X 300 pixels high
   • Mixture of text (25 word maximum) and one graphic (JPEG, GIF or PNG format) no larger than 100 pixels wide X 150 pixels high
3. Any links required to external web sites must be given as a complete URL.
4. Submissions of ad content to TCNG must be made within the body of a regular e-mail or as an attachment to the email (acceptable file formats are Word, JPEG, GIF or PNG)
5. TCNG will develop your content to fit our style of format & presentation. Graphics will be resampled for both size and resolution, if necessary, in order to keep the file size within the limits (outlined in point # 2 above) before publishing to our server.
6. We reserve the right to edit for length & clarity of message.
7. Once your content is posted, an invoice will be submitted to you for our completed services.

Note: TCNG can provide assistance in developing graphics for your ad at an additional cost.
